1.I stayed for 5 days from 12 until 16 dec 2012. on December 13, the water is not flowing its run pretty slow and it happens for 3 days, in every morning around 7-9am. 2. Main menu for breakfast mostly same every morning. although the taste is good.

It is right by the airport. We dined at hard rock cafe, that is just 600 feet away. Within minutes of beachwalk shopping centre. Really good location. We would come there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Kuta. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of all the attractions and just a short walk away from the vibrant Kuta beach. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities I needed including good wifi and a cozy twin bed. I stayed on the 2nd level, which offered a nice view of the surroundings. The breakfast, although with limited options, was sufficient to start off the day.

Everything was okay, nothing to complain about.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, right in the center of Kuta's main attractions and just a short walk to the beach. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, with comfortable twin beds and reliable wifi. I also liked that breakfast was included, even though the options were a bit limited.

facilities when breakfast time is really not good. The staff is so busy..not delicious food, and the quantities is really limited so i can't drink even orange juice..not eat wheat bread.. so pitiful

too noisy bcoz development new building side this hotel and got many mosquitos inside my room.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a pleasant stay at a budget hotel in Kuta. the location was perfect for us, being just a 5, minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, and markets. We appreciated being able to leave our bags at the reception after check, out.

The breakfast was very basic and could be improved with more variety. the hotel lacked character and atmosphere, and the mini, pool had only three sunbeds.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided, including hot water dispensers on every floor. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the busy shopping street and nearby attractions. We were impressed with the friendly staff and the breakfast offered.
